Psalm 55:22A – “Are You Burden Down?”               Psalm 55:22A – Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. ARE YOU BURDEN DOWN?   If your answer is yes to this question, I have good news for you on today. God is calling you to cast your cares upon Him for He cares for you. We are reminded on today in 1 Peter 5:7 – Cast all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about us. We are to “Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that He will lift you up in due time.” When we humble ourselves, we put ourselves in God’s authority. It is no more me, myself and I, it is now about God. Cast means to throw off, letting go or releasing. We are going to throw off of us pain, heartache, trouble, worry, doubt, fear, depression, anxiety and all the other burdens and cares of this world and place them on Jesus. He has given us permission to do so! Just in case you did not

Times when a stab of pain was personal enough and stunning enough to somehow cause you to put your hand over your mouth and keep it there a while? Times when you want to scream, “What is going on here? What is this madness? How did this happen??” If you’re like me, you find it much easier to talk about a storm in its wake. In the middle of it, you’re just trying to hold on tight to
